1. Scope of products

30-G (a brand of meeco Servicios Globales S.L.) sells single-use, personal-care injection supplies only — including sterile syringes, alcohol prep pads, bacteriostatic water vials, empty sterile vials, sharps disposal containers, and related storage accessories. Our products are CE-marked medical supplies under EU MDR 2017/745 where applicable, intended as consumables to support safe self-administration.

Our products are not diagnostic medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. 30-G does not sell, ship, advertise, prescribe, recommend, or advise on any medication, prescription drug, peptide, hormone, vitamin, research compound, or controlled substance.

2. Not medical advice

Nothing published on this website, in our marketing, emails, blog, packaging, or any related communication constitutes medical, pharmaceutical, diagnostic, or therapeutic advice. All content is provided for informational purposes only.

Always consult a licensed physician, pharmacist, or qualified healthcare professional before beginning, changing, or discontinuing any treatment, medication, injection protocol, or use of any substance that requires administration via the supplies sold by us. Do not rely on anything on this website as a substitute for professional medical advice.

3. Adults only (18+)

Our products are sold to adults only. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and that you are purchasing for your own personal use. At checkout you will be asked to acknowledge this age requirement.

We reserve the right to cancel any order where we reasonably believe the buyer is a minor or has misrepresented their age.

4. Personal use only — no resale or redistribution

Our products are sold for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to resell, redistribute, sub-divide, repackage, or otherwise supply our products to third parties, whether for profit or not. Bulk orders intended for clinical, veterinary, or commercial redistribution require a separate supply agreement — please contact [email protected].

5. Safe handling and disposal of sharps

Used syringes, needles, and lancets are "sharps" and are regulated as infectious or biohazardous waste in most jurisdictions. You are responsible for disposing of sharps in accordance with the waste regulations that apply at the place of use — typically in a puncture-resistant, sealed sharps container handed over to an approved pharmacy, clinic, or municipal collection scheme.

Never place loose needles or syringes in household rubbish, recycling, or public bins. We sell compliant sharps containers if you do not already have one. Misuse of sharps may cause needlestick injury, infection, or legal liability.

6. Sterile water / bacteriostatic water warning

Bacteriostatic water for injection and sterile water for injection are pharmaceutical-grade diluents. Where sold on this site, they are supplied as consumables for reconstitution on medical prescription only. They are not for general consumption, oral use, intravenous infusion without a prescription, or any purpose other than the medically supervised reconstitution of an appropriate prescribed product.

Do not inject any reconstituted solution unless you have been specifically instructed to do so by a licensed healthcare professional and you are following that professional's exact dose, schedule, and technique. Improper reconstitution or injection can cause serious harm including infection, embolism, and anaphylaxis.

7. Do not use if packaging is damaged or past expiry

All sterile products have an expiry date and a sterile barrier that must be intact at the time of use. Do not use any product if:

• the outer pouch or seal is torn, punctured, opened, wet, discoloured, or otherwise damaged;
• the stated expiry date printed on the packaging has passed;
• the contents appear abnormal (cloudy solution, floating particles, deformed components, missing parts).

Inspect every unit before use. Store products as indicated on the packaging (typically cool, dry, out of direct sunlight, away from children).

8. Allergies and latex

If you have a known latex allergy, please check product specifications before use. Where relevant, latex-free alternatives are indicated on the product page. If you experience any allergic reaction, stop use immediately and seek medical attention.

9. Assumption of risk and limitation of liability

Self-injection carries inherent risks including — but not limited to — bleeding, bruising, nerve or vascular injury, infection, abscess, lipohypertrophy, allergic reaction, and accidental needlestick. By purchasing our products you acknowledge these risks and accept full responsibility for the technique, site selection, timing, dosage, and any substance you choose to administer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, meeco Servicios Globales S.L., 30-G, its officers, employees, and partners disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the misuse of our products, reliance on any information on this site, or any decision taken by the user to self-administer any substance. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the price paid by you for that product. Nothing in this disclaimer limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

10. Reporting an adverse event

If you suspect a product defect or believe you have suffered an adverse event related to one of our supplies, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number, the product SKU or lot number, and a description of the event. Serious device-related incidents should also be reported to the competent authority in your EU member state under the EU MDR vigilance system.
